Maine South Music Boosters provide financial and organizational support for music programs and students at Maine South High School in Park Ridge, Illinois.
Music Boosters works closely with teachers at Maine South to encourage and build on the high quality music tradition that has enriched the community and students for decades.
Programs that the Maine South Music Boosters assist with include:
- Underwrite music clinics and workshops.
- Underwrite guest performers.
- Provide specialized musical instruments and music library requirements.
- Scholarships for private lessons during the year.
- Scholarships for summer music camps for high school students and incoming freshman.
- Scholarships for college bound students.
- Provide volunteer support for events and activities.
- Organize fundraiser activities to support both the Music Booster budget and individual students needs for travel and special event participation.
- Provide general support for all music oriented programs including Band, Orchestra, Guitar, Choir, and Musical Theater.
